Sensei Thomasina McGowan
Mrs. McGowan began her training in 1994 and is a Third Degree Black Belt.
Besides instructing, Mrs. McGowan is the Dojo Administrator.
Mrs. McGowan is the Chief Instructor for Pinnacle Martial Arts Lil’ Dragon Program. She began this program in October of 2001 with the hopes of
teaching one class a week. The popularity has since grown and she is now
teaching four Lil
’ Dragon classes per week.
In February, 2003, Mrs. McGowan began an After School Program in Carthage,
Indiana for children in grades first through sixth.
In 1999, Mrs. McGowan was the Indiana State Kumite Champion, Brown Belt Women’s Division.
In 2002, Mrs. McGowan was named Woman of the Year by The Rushville Republican newspaper.
